Fast Track Delivery

Fast Track is our brand-new service, available on our app, where you can place same-day delivery orders directly to your home or on site addresses within as little as 30 minutes.

• The Fast Track option will be available on our App only. You will need to toggle this to show all the products available.
• Fast Track is available on over 10,000 products.
• Fast Track is not available for products where age verification is required.
• Fast Track will use the TradeKart courier platform, but instead of going onto the TradeKart app to place the order, you can do this directly with us!
• Customers will also be able to pay using their Trade Account and Toolstation Club discount, along with usual payment methods.
• Customers will receive their order in as little as 30 minutes (SLA is 2 hours).

Toolstation’s Fast Track service, delivered by TradeKart, offers ultra-fast delivery of trade supplies from 30 minutes. Unlike Screwfix Sprint, which is limited to specific products and smaller delivery options (bikes and cars), Fast Track supports a much wider range. With access to over 10,000 products directly from Toolstation - Fast Track can deliver larger items, accommodating up to 1,000kg in weight and dimensions up to 3.6m in length with vehicles as large as Luton vans.

Fast Track delivered by TradeKart promise is 2 hours, however we see orders completed in as little as 30 minutes! For larger orders and vehicle types, this can vary. 

Simply place your order through the Toolstation app! Download Toolstation from your app store of choice, register for an account and start shopping! Once you’ve placed your order you’ll receive live tracking updates and notifications as your order is prepared and delivered.

Fast Track delivered by TradeKart relies on local infrastructure to get your orders to you, quickly. While it’s available in many of the UK’s largest towns and cities, we continually review areas not currently serviced to expand to include more stores and regions.

Yes! Thanks to our partnership with TradeKart, Toolstation offers delivery access to over 10,000 products, ensuring tradespeople can find everything they need for projects of all sizes.

Fast Track delivered by TradeKart is a same-day delivery service! In the future it will also have the ability to schedule your orders to arrive at a time that suits you. Keep your eyes peeled for more updates.

Toolstation’s Fast Track service, delivered by TradeKart, provides unmatched convenience and flexibility. With coverage across the UK’s top 100 conurbations, including over 480 Toolstation stores across the UK, it’s designed to make tradespeople’s lives easier by ensuring they get what they need, when they need it, fast.

When your order is placed, the Toolstation team will pick your products and pack them ready for the TradeKart driver to collect from store and deliver to you. You can track the delivery in our app and we’ll notify you by SMS when your order is close.

Notify Toolstation if you want to return your order and ask for the order number reference (via your order history). Return your items to any Toolstation giving the team the number and they will process for your refund to be returned to you within 3-5 business days.
