Achieve smooth finishes with a range of planers, including the Draper multi rasp planer, regular smoothing plane and Stanley block plane with a carbon steel cutter.
Create an accurate bevel cut with a hardwood bevel or honing guide such as the Draper honing guide to restore a good cutting edge to bevelled edge chisels. Allow accurate cuts of 45°, 90° or 45° with a mitre box, such as the plastic mitre box with v-groove support or a combination square like the Bahco combination square for repetition marking and scribing.
