Costa Coffee Terms & Conditions:

1. You may redeem your Costa Coffee Gift Card at any participating costa outlet in England, Scotland or Wales. when you use your gift card, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the card. The remaining balance may be applied to future purchases. Change will not be given.

2. You may not exchange your Costa Coffee Gift Card for cash.

3. Refunds will not be given for the purchase of a Costa Coffee Gift Card.

4. Costa Coffee reserve the right to refuse to accept a Costa Coffee Gift Card where we believe it may have been stolen or obtained in another illegal way.

5. You should take care of your Costa Coffee Gift Card and treat it like cash. Costa Coffee is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards.

6. You should immediately report any lost, theft, fraudulent or unauthorised use of your Costa Coffee Gift Card to customer services. If you lose your Costa Coffee Gift Card or it is stolen or damaged, we may, at our sole discretion, replace your Costa Coffee Gift Card and transfer the balance stored on it to a replacement card. We will require your gift card number and proof of purchase before we can consider any request to replace it.

7. Your Costa Coffee Gift Card and the balance on it will expire if the card is not used for 12 consecutive months. Costa Coffee reserve the right to cancel your Gift Card if we suspect it is being used fraudulently.

8. The Costa Coffee Gift Card is issued by and remains the property of Costa Limited, Whitbread Court, LU5 5XE.

9. The funds on this gift card are not covered by the financial services compensation scheme. In the unlikely event of the issuer of this product becoming insolvent some funds of this gift card may not be available to spend.

1. The unique code can be redeemed at participating Greggs shops in the UK and Northern Ireland. Excluded shops are those situated in MOTO forecourts – Doncaster North, Ferrybridge, Toddington North & South, Heston East, Hilton Park North, Lancaster.

2. North & South, Southwaite North, Trowell North & South, Leigh Delamare East & West, Rugby, Frankley North & South, Donnington Park, Wetherby.

3. The unique code is only valid on the Greggs Sausage Roll (or Vegan Sausage Roll). All sausage rolls are subject to availability.

4. The unique code covers the cost of a sausage roll as outlined in term 11. Any additional purchases made will be charged accordingly and payment for these is the responsibility of the customer.

5. To redeem your unique code, show your QR code on your mobile phone at your chosen Greggs location. If there are any issues scanning the QR code, the staff member will use the unique code supporting your QR code.

6. Only one unique code can be used per transaction.

1. To be eligible to claim one of only 5000 units of the DEWALT DCF850-XJ 18V Brushless Impact Driver (Bare Unit) (“Redemption Product”) available under this redemption promotion (the “Promotion”), Participants must purchase as new (and not second hand) any DEWALT Landscaping Kitted Product (excluding bare units) (specific products only as detailed below) (each a “Qualifying Product”) in one transaction on one receipt (“Qualifying Purchase”) on or between 02.05.2024 and 10.08.2024 (the “Qualifying Period”), from a Qualifying Retailer and, Participants must submit their Claim to the Promoter, before 23:59:59 on 24.08.2024 (“Claim Deadline”), in accordance with the Claim Process and these terms and conditions. 3. 4. Claim Process

6. To make a claim, Participants must complete the online registration form available at https://www.dewalt.eu/landscaping-redemption/ and complete the online claim form for this Promotion (including name, address including postcode, email address and contact telephone number and Qualifying Product details) and, upload a copy (JPG, JPEG, PNG and PDF are all acceptable) of their purchase receipt for the Qualifying Purchase (which must include both the date of purchase and model number of the Qualifying Product(s) purchased) (“Claim”).

7. Promoter will check the validity of Claims on a first come first served basis, until the earlier of: a) reaching 5000 Valid Claims; and, b) the Claim Deadline. A valid claim is one which complies with these terms and conditions (“Valid Claim”).

8. Following Participant’s submission of their Claim on or before the Claim Deadline, Promoter will email Participants to confirm the next steps of the claim process, including whether or not Participant has a Valid Claim and/or is eligible to receive the Redemption Product (“Confirmation Email”). Promoter will not process any Claim received after the Claim Deadline nor contact the Participant in respect of such Claims.

9. Those Participants the Promoter confirms as eligible to receive the Redemption Product, should allow 45 days from the date their Claim was submitted, to receive the Redemption Product. Where the Promoter is unable to meet this deadline Participants will be informed of the timeframe within which the Redemption Product is expected to be received (“Revised Date”); if the Redemption Product has not been received by the later of the Revised Date and 30 days from the date of the Confirmation Email, Participants are invited to contact the Promoter within 5 days of such date, by email at dewalt.redemptions@be2b.co.uk. Regrettably claims pursued after this time will not be accepted.

10. Participants who are unable to upload the supporting documentation with their Claim should email the Promoter at dewalt.redemptions@be2b.co.uk on or before the Claim Deadline.

11. Qualifying Purchases purchased outside of the Qualifying Period will be deemed invalid.

12. Claims received after the Claim Deadline will be deemed invalid.

13. Participants must keep the Qualifying Product for a period of at least 30 days from the date of purchase. If the Qualifying Product is returned within this period, the Promoter will be entitled to claim back the Redemption Product.

14. 15. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Redemption Product with another product of similar value in the event the Redemption Product is not available. The Redemption Product is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other products.

16. Only one Claim per Participant and one claim per Qualifying Purchase and one claim per household is permitted. ONLY the first Valid Claim in respect of a household will be eligible under this Promotion.

17. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Claims to protect itself against fraudulent, invalid or repetitive claims including, without limitation, to require the Participant to prove that it did not return the Qualifying Product purchased within the period of 30 days from the date of delivery.

18. Claims for returned Qualifying Products, Claims or entries in bad faith or fraudulent Claims or entries will be invalidated.

19. The Promoter will not be held responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents or delays the Participant from or otherwise obstructs the Participant to submit a Claim under the Promotion. Claims made by fax, telephone or email, will not be accepted. Illegible incomplete or altered claim forms will be deemed void, as will claim forms not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions.

20. The Promoter will process personal information in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy available at https://www.stanleyblackanddecker.com/privacy-policy. 21. The Promoter will have no liability for any delay in informing Participants that they are eligible to receive the Redemption Product and/or the delivery of the Redemption Product.

22. All taxes incurred as a result of the Redemption Product offered in this Promotion are the sole responsibility of the applicable Participant.

23. These terms and conditions are final and non-negotiable.

24. Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Promotion with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of the Promoter is final in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

25. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence and so far as is permitted by law the Promoter and its affiliated companies and agents accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by Participants as a result of making a claim under the Promotion, accepting the Redemption Product or from any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion.

26. This Promotion and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and both Participants and Promoter irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

These are the terms and conditions (“Rules”) that apply to the Win the Ultimate Barca Experience with Stanley Black & Decker and F.C Barcelona Prize Draw (“Promotion”). By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to these Rules and confirms they have read and understood our Privacy Notice at stanleyblackanddecker.com/privacy-policy/global-privacy-policy. 2. Entry period: The Promotion opens for entry on 1 April 2024 and closes on 2 June 2024 (“Entry Period”).

3. Eligibility: Entry is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland only) and at least 18 years old at the time of entry. 4. Qualifying Purchases: To enter the Promotion, eligible entrants must purchase a new STANLEY or STANLEY FATMAX product including, hand tools, storage products or V20 Power Tools or accessories from an authorised Stanley Black & Decker retailer (online or in-store) during the Entry period (“Qualifying Purchase”).

5. Submitting an entry: Go to WWW.STANLEYTOOLS.CO.UK to enter.

(a) You will need to login to your MySTANLEY account. If you do not have a MySTANLEY account, you will need to create one.

(b) Participants must:

i) provide their details; full name, address, email address, telephone number, product purchased, name of retailer, retailer type and the date of purchase.

ii) Upload proof of purchase (no purchase necessary in Northern Ireland) of the Qualifying Purchase; and,

iii) read and accept these terms and conditions.

(c) Participants who need help with their entry, are unable to upload their proof of purchase and/or who are unable to enter online should email Promoter at: STANLEYRedemption@sbdinc.com on or before 17.00 on the Closing Date. The Promoter is not liable for late entries howsoever caused.

(d) Once you have submitted your entry in accordance with these terms and conditions, a message will appear on screen informing you that your entry has been successfully submitted along with an automated confirmation email.

(e) Only those entries which comply with the Eligibility & Restrictions to Enter set out above, will be considered valid (“Valid Entries”).

(f) Closing date for entries: by 23:59:59 on 16 June 2024.

6. Entries: Each Qualifying Purchase will earn one (1) entry into the Promotion. Only one entry per person, per receipt, per household is permitted. By entering the Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim a Prize if you are a Winner (or Replacement Winner if applicable). The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Promotion. Excess entries above the permitted level will not be eligible and will not be entered into the draw. Promoter reserves the right at any time to disqualify any entrant found to have entered more than the permitted number of times, including by using multiple names or accounts.

7. Entrants must be in good standing: By entering the Promotion, each entrant confirms that: (i) they have not done anything or made any public statement (oral or in writing) that could reasonably be regarded as defamatory or disparaging of Promoter or its products or services; and (ii) they know of no information, facts or circumstances related in any way to the entrant that could reasonably be considered damaging or embarrassing to Promoter by virtue of the association between Promoter and the entrant arising from entry into the Promotion.

8. Prize: There is one (1) prize to be won in this Promotion, consisting of a three (3) day / two (2) night trip to Barcelona, Spain, for the winner and one (1) guest in September 2024, to include the following prize elements (“Prize”):

(i) Return economy class flights from a major airport near the winner’s home to Barcelona, Spain, departing in early September 2024. Exact dates to be confirmed ahead of this promotion going live.

9. Prize conditions: The following conditions and exclusions apply to the Prize:

(i) The Prize excludes all costs and expenses incurred by the winner and guests that are not expressly set out above, including: (i) any additional transportation; (ii) any additional food and beverages; (iii) any additional overnight accommodation; (iv) travel and medical insurance, visas and any other required travel documents; (v) any required COVID-19 testing, vaccinations and/or quarantining or self-isolation; (vi) any additional discretionary spending; (vii) any discretionary hotel services including room service and laundry service; (viii) tips and gratuities; and (ix) any related taxes.

(ii) The winner and guests are solely responsible for ensuring that they are able to travel at the appointed times on the relevant dates, including for having or obtaining valid passports (with at least six months’ validity after the travel dates) and any visas and other travel documentation required. No alternative times and dates are available.

(iii) All travel, accommodation, and other Prize-related bookings will be made by a third-party travel agent (acting on behalf of Promoter) and the choice of flights, hotels and other Prize elements will be at the sole discretion of Promoter.

(iv) All elements of the Prize must be used in the same itinerary. The winner and guests are not entitled to receive any unused portion or element of the Prize.

(v) The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. However, if it becomes necessary for reasons beyond Promoter’s control (e.g., where the Prize or any element of the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason), the Prize (or any element of the Prize) may be varied or swapped for a suitable alternative in Promoter’s discretion. This may happen, for example, if the Prize or any element of it becomes unavailable due to COVID-19 restrictions, adverse weather conditions, flight changes, hotel, and activity availability.

(vi) The winner will be asked for a credit card on check in at the hotels to cover any extras so the winner must be able to provide one and cover these costs.

(vii) Promoter is not responsible for any COVID-19 related travel testing, vaccinations or restrictions applicable to the winner and guests, including but not limited to any quarantine or self-isolation-related costs or conditions. The winner and guests are responsible for ensuring that they adhere to all applicable COVID-19 related laws, rules, procedures, and protocols relating to the Prize.

(viii) Prizes are subject to all applicable ticket, hotel, venue and carrier/transportation terms and conditions. The winner and guests must comply fully with such terms and conditions and all laws and regulations applicable to the Prize (including in relation to health and safety). Promoter will have no liability to the winner or guests if the winner and/or guests are unable to receive the full benefit of the Prize or are denied entry to, or are asked to leave, any venue as a result of a failure to abide by the ticket terms, any applicable law or as a result of inappropriate behaviour.

10. Winner selection: All eligible entries will be entered into a random draw to select the winner
on or around 21 June 2024. The winner will be the entrant whose name is drawn at random
from all eligible entries.

11. Winner notification: The winner will be notified by phone call and/or email using the contact details collected at the time of entry within three (3) days of the completion of the winner selection process. Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner, but it is the winner’s responsibility to monitor their email address (including spam folder) and voicemail for receipt of the notification.

12. Claiming the Prize: The winner must claim their Prize within 14 (fourteen) days of Promoter’s initial win notification by providing the information requested in the win notification. The information required will include details of the winner and their nominated guests so that Promoter is able to arrange the fulfilment of the Prize.

13. Prize fulfilment: All bookings will be arranged by Promoter’s third-party travel provider, Cloud 9 Incentives, who will contact the winner after they have claimed their Prize to arrange all required flights, accommodation and other travel arrangements. All travel documentation will be provided by post or email in good time prior to departure.

14. Forfeiture: The Prize involves travel in September 2024 and is therefore extremely time sensitive. If the winner fails to claim the Prize or fails to provide any information required by Promoter by the claim deadline, Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select an alternative winner. The alternative winner will be selected using the same process as the original selection process and must claim the Prize within 14 (fourteen) days of Promoter’s win notification.

15. Liability: Nothing in these Rules limits or excludes any person’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or for any matter for which liability cannot be lawfully limited or excluded. In particular, consumers have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described and services which are not performed with reasonable care and skill and these legal rights are not affected by anything contained in these Rules. However, to the fullest extent permissible by law, Promoter will not be liable for: (i) Death or personal injury. Promoter is not responsible for the entrant’s or any other person’s death, disability, personal injury or actions of any kind which may occur during or in connection with the Promotion or acceptance or enjoyment of the Prize where not caused by Promoter’s negligence or breach of contract; (ii) Unexpected (“unforeseeable”) loss. Promoter is not responsible for any loss suffered by the entrant or any other person (whether as a result of Promoter’s negligence or breach of these Rules or otherwise) if it was not obvious that such loss would be suffered and nothing the entrant or any other person said to Promoter before participating in this Promotion meant that Promoter should have expected it to happen (so, in the law, the loss was “unforeseeable”); (iii) Avoidable loss. Promoter is not responsible for any loss suffered by the entrant or any other person (whether as a result of Promoter’s negligence or breach of these Rules or otherwise) if such loss could have been avoided by the entrant or other relevant person taking reasonable action; (iv) Loss caused by someone else. Promoter is not responsible for any loss suffered by the entrant or any other person that is caused by a third party who is not acting on behalf of or under the direct instructions of Promoter, or by the winner or any other person taking up and using any third-party product or service forming part of the Prize (except where caused by Promoter’s negligence); (v) Loss caused by circumstances outside Promoter’s control. Promoter is not responsible for any loss suffered by the entrant or any other person that is caused by any event or circumstance that is beyond Promoter’s reasonable control; (vi) Business loss. Promoter is not responsible for any business losses suffered by the entrant or any other person, such as loss of profits or revenue, loss of anticipated savings or loss of goodwill; and (vii) Unavailability of Promoter’s services. Promoter is not responsible for any loss suffered by the entrant or any other person as a result of the unavailability of Promoter’s websites, apps or social media accounts.

16. No endorsement: The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any social media platform or any other third party. All third-party trademarks and other intellectual property rights are hereby acknowledged. Use of and entry to promotions via social media platforms is always subject to the rules, terms and policies of those platforms. By participating in the Promotion, entrants are providing information to Promoter, not to any social media platform. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any relevant social media platforms shall have no liability to any person in connection with or arising out of the Promotion howsoever caused, including for any costs, expenses, damages and other liabilities.

17. Cancellation and variation: Promoter reserves the right to vary, suspend or cancel the Promotion and/or these Rules if it considers it necessary or appropriate to do so, including if there is any actual or anticipated breach of applicable law or if variation, suspension or

cancellation is necessary due to an event outside Promoter’s reasonable control. In the event of cancellation, Prizes may be awarded to winners drawn from entries received prior to cancellation.

18. Disqualification: Without limiting the options available to Promoter, Promoter reserves the right at any time to disqualify entries or entrants that Promoter regards as being in breach of these Rules, any applicable laws, any terms and conditions referred to in these Rules and/or the spirit of the Promotion.

19. Interference with the Promotion: Any attempt to damage or undermine the content or legitimate operation of the Promotion is prohibited and may also be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws. Promoter reserves all its rights and remedies to deal with breaches or suspected breaches of this section including, without limitation, to exclude any entrant or winner believed to be associated with such activity.

20. Publicity: By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees that, in the event of a win, Promoter shall be entitled (but not obliged) to announce their names (and/or social media handles if applicable) on Promoter’s websites and social media. The winner and/or their guests may also be asked (without further reward) to take part in reasonable publicity connected with the Promotion.

21. Prize Draw, Winner Selection & Notification

HIVE EV - FREECHARGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read this document carefully as it sets out the terms of activating FreeCharge. By activating the FreeCharge mode within the Hive app, you accept these terms.

Definitions
By “we”, “us” or “our”, we mean British Gas Trading Limited (registered number 03078711) trading as British Gas, except in relation to the provision of the Hive app and Hive services, where “we”, “us” or “ours” means Centrica Hive Limited (registered number 05782908) trading as Hive. Both Companies have registered offices at Millstream, Maidenhead Road, Windsor, SL4 5GD.

charge point – a Hive-enabled single-socket charge point unit used to charge a plug-in electric vehicle (EV) at your home

credit – a discount that we will apply to your electricity bill to reduce the cost payable for electricity consumed by your charge point in FreeCharge mode to zero

Hive app – the mobile app made available by Hive which you use to manage EV charging through your charge point

home – the building, including any attached garage or conservatory where you live or a home you own, where the charge point is installed

FreeCharge mode – mode activated in the Hive app in which we remotely schedule, at our discretion, when your charge point charges an EV to reach its maximum battery level by the ‘Ready by’ time you set. In this mode electricity consumed by your charge point is at no cost to you

About FreeCharge
FreeCharge is a product that enables you to charge your EV(s) from an eligible charge point at no cost to you for 12 months from the date of activation, subject to a ‘fair usage’ cap and usage conditions set out below.

What does FreeCharge involve?
By activating FreeCharge in the Hive app, you agree to use the FreeCharge mode to allow us to remotely manage and schedule EV charging through your charge point at our discretion. Based on your charging preference we may adjust the charging schedule to a time when local or national electricity system demand is lower, typically overnight. Electricity consumed by your charge point in this mode is at no cost to you and will be shown as a credit on your electricity bill, monthly in arrears, calculated based on your tariff price per kWh rate(s).

Eligibility for FreeCharge
We have complete discretion over which charge points we enable to use FreeCharge. Even if you meet the eligibility criteria for FreeCharge, this does not necessarily mean your charge point will be permitted to use it.

If we accept your charge point onto FreeCharge but later discover that your charge point or home are not suitable, or you are not using FreeCharge in the manner we would expect for a typical domestic EV user, we may remove your access to FreeCharge. We will let you know in advance via your registered email address if this is the case.

We reserve the right at any time to amend any eligibility criteria or product usage conditions, or to withdraw the FreeCharge product at our discretion. In order to be eligible for FreeCharge the following conditions must be met:

• You install a Hive-enabled Alfen Eve Single S-Line or EO Mini Pro 3 that has been ordered from the Hive website or one of Hive’s retail partners, and activate the FreeCharge mode within the Hive app, on or after Thursday 19th October 2023

• Orders of charge points may be subject to stock availability. FreeCharge will be made available up to a limit of 5,000 eligible charge points

• You activate the FreeCharge mode within six months of ordering the charge point

• You install the charge point at your home and you live in the home as your primary residence. British Gas or one of its approved partners can complete the installation, however this is not a requirement for eligibility

• You have sufficient mobile network connectivity at the location of your installed charge point to successfully connect the charge point to the Hive network via the in-built SIM card and maintain that connection without interruption. The in-built SIM card can connect to multiple UK mobile networks (Vodafone, EE, O2). Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that the mobile network connectivity will be adequate for you to qualify for the product. FreeCharge and features in the Hive app require an active mobile connection to your charge point and may not function properly if this connection is inactive or intermittent. While offline, your charge point will log FreeCharge sessions completed and once back online your Hive app should update to show these as fully discounted sessions; however we can’t guarantee reimbursement will be successful in all cases.

• British Gas supplies electricity to the home through a smart meter working in credit mode, and the electricity account holder agrees to us collecting half hourly meter readings from the smart meter

• Your British Gas electricity account information in the Hive app – such as tariff type and unit rate – is up to date. You can update this information in the settings of the Hive app if you change your British Gas tariff once FreeCharge has been activated. We may disable FreeCharge if we find this information is inaccurate

• Your home has a functioning “always-on” broadband internet connection to transfer smart meter data

• You have an active Hive account and download the Hive app

• You are aged 18 or over

Usage Conditions of FreeCharge

• FreeCharge will be available for 12 months (1 calendar year) from the date of activating it in the Hive app

• You will only receive credit to cover the cost of the electricity consumed by your charge point in FreeCharge mode

- You are able to ‘Override’ the FreeCharge mode to begin charging immediately once the charge point is connected to an EV, e.g. if your EV requires an urgent charge in-day. However, you will receive no credit on your electricity bill for electricity consumed during that ‘Override’ charge session. The charge point will automatically return to FreeCharge mode once the ‘Override’ session completes

- You are able to switch to another schedule mode in the Hive app to charge (e.g. to ‘Eco’, ‘Custom’ or ‘No schedule’ mode). However, you will receive no credit on your electricity bill for electricity consumed in any schedule mode other than FreeCharge

• You will only receive credit on your electricity bills to cover, in aggregate, up to a maximum of 2,290kWh of electricity consumed by the charge point in FreeCharge mode – our ‘fair usage’ cap. Once the cap is reached, FreeCharge will no longer be available and you will automatically be switched over to the SmartCharge mode, which you can change if you choose to via the Hive app

- This maximum consumption in FreeCharge mode is approximately equivalent to 8,000 miles transferred to EV(s) by the charge point, based on an assumed vehicle efficiency of 3.5 miles/kWh. Efficiency differs depending on multiple factors, such as vehicle model, driving conditions and vehicle configuration

- The ‘fair usage’ cap equating to approximately 8,000 annual miles is based on gov.uk National Travel Survey (NTS 0901), showing average UK driver annual mileage of 6,600 miles in 2022

• In FreeCharge mode and connected to an EV, the hours during which we decide that the charge point will charge the vehicle will vary depending on your tariff type:

- If you are a customer of a British Gas single-rate electricity tariff (e.g. the standard variable rate tariff which offers one rate throughout the day/night), the charge point may charge the vehicle at any time of day or night, but typically overnight

- If you are a customer of a British Gas two-rate electricity tariff (e.g. an EV tariff which offers one rate in day-time hours and a different rate in night-time hours), the charge point will only charge the vehicle during the night-time rate window

• In FreeCharge mode and connected to an EV, charging may not begin immediately, as we may adjust the charging schedule to begin at a time when local or national electricity system demand is lower, typically overnight

• We can’t guarantee that your EV’s battery will be fully charged from a single charging session in FreeCharge mode, as this will depend on the length of time the vehicle is connected, the battery level prior to connecting, and the time of day or night

Only electricity that has been used from the grid for FreeCharge charging will be eligible for a credit.

Customers who have solar PV and charge their EV using their solar energy will not be eligible to receive a credit.

This is a stand-alone product to the British Gas energy supply contract for your home. We won’t cover the cost of gas or electricity used at the home outside of the charge point. You (or the energy account holder if someone else than you) will remain responsible for these bills.

If you change your home’s British Gas electricity tariff to an alternative British Gas tariff, the baseline charges for your home electricity usage (including EV charging) will be those set out in your new British Gas electricity tariff. Your FreeCharge credit will subsequently be calculated based on your new tariff baseline charges.

If you switch to a different energy supplier, you will no longer be eligible for FreeCharge. If you switch part-way through the month, you will not receive any credit for FreeCharge charging for that month from the date that you switched.

If you switch off FreeCharge mode (e.g. by selecting another schedule mode or unpairing your Hive app from the charge point) but remain a British Gas electricity customer, you will receive credit for any FreeCharge charging up until the date you switched off the mode.

After 12 months of using FreeCharge, you will automatically be switched over to the SmartCharge mode, which you can change if you choose to via the Hive app.

No discount will apply to the standing charge applicable to your tariff. If you are entitled to any discount on any electricity you’ve used in FreeCharge mode, we will apply this as a credit to the British Gas electricity account for your home.

Any credit due to you will be calculated using the energy consumption data we receive from your charge point. If you believe the calculation of your credit is incorrect you can query this by phoning 03301000056.

If your circumstances change at any point during your usage of the product and you no longer meet the conditions above, we can remove you from the product. You agree to let us know of any such change by email.

Use of your data in connection with FreeCharge
To enable you to use Hive EV FreeCharge your data will be shared between British Gas, Hive and Centrica Energy Marketing Limited (08807923), this includes email address, Hive Charging ID, electricity rates, electricity MPAN, electricity consumption data for EV use and general use, EV battery capacity and efficiency. This is to allow you to access charging services at no cost to you.

To increase the value we are able to generate from managing your charging and enabling you to charge at no cost, we'll sometimes participate in grid balancing events with District Network Operators (DNOs) and National Grid. This includes sharing consumption pattern data with them as well as your Meter Point Administration Number (MPAN).

You will be able to change your data sharing preferences at any time by phoning 03301000056.

However, if you do change your preferences to a status where we are no longer able to access your data, you will no longer be able to use FreeCharge and will stop receiving credit.

We take handling your data very seriously and will only use and share your data as outlined in these Terms and our privacy policy.

You also understand and agree that for the purposes of providing you the product we can:

• remotely connect to your Hive app, charge point and smart meter and collect data from them

• collect half hourly consumption data from your electric smart meter, and for this purpose, your continued participation on the product shall be taken as an indication of your consent for us to set your meter reads to half hourly and consent to our collection of this half hourly consumption data

• use the data collected for the purposes of improving the product

We may also share anonymised data from product usage with selected third parties for research and development purposes, including the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS), National Grid, Ofgem and Distribution Network Operators in your local area. This data will be anonymised and aggregated, and we will never share any data which could personally identify you or your household.

General terms

Updating products

We may update the software in your charge point without telling you first. We may also update the Hive app, and we may require you to install an updated version of it. Any updates will be aimed at improving the performance of the charge point and the app. We won’t be responsible if an upgrade affects how your products work if this is caused by your own equipment – such as your smartphone or broadband – not supporting the upgrade.

Routine maintenance of products

The Hive website, app and services provided through these may be temporarily unavailable if we carry out routine or emergency maintenance. We’ll try to inform you in advance, but it may not always be possible to do so.

What we are not responsible for

We won’t, under any circumstances, be responsible for:

• Any financial loss or damage, such as loss of profit, income, business, contracts or goodwill

• Any loss which we or you would not have reasonably expected when we made this contract with you. That applies even if we, or anyone acting on our behalf, didn’t follow these terms

We are not responsible for any costs, loss or damage that you or anyone else suffers as a result of:

• your vehicle not being sufficiently charged for your intended use

• you not getting the appropriate permissions from the homeowner or energy account holder to use the product

• you or anyone else not using the Hive app or your charge point in line with our instructions, including any user and installation guides

• problems caused by your or anyone else’s smartphone, computer, internet browser or internet connection

• you or anyone else exceeding the permitted data limit on your or their broadband or mobile data packages

• unauthorised use of your charge point, for example if your smartphone or log-in details are lost or stolen. We advise you to keep your log-in details secret and to use PIN protection on your smartphone to prevent unauthorised use of your system. If you believe that someone has gained unauthorised access to your system, you can report this to us on our service number and we will do what we can to help you reset your log-in details

• you, or anyone else, hacking into, tampering with, decompiling or reverse-engineering or in any other way interfering with any products in the system or altering the radio frequency allocations of your system controls. These exclusions don’t affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and any laws that replace it.

UK law

The product is bound by the laws of whichever country your home is in – England and Wales, or Scotland.

4. The GIFT (Free Tool Bundle)
4.1. The Gift is as detailed in the promotional advertising and section 1 of these terms.

4.2. The Gift is exclusive of delivery costs.

4.3. The Gift is subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the Gift and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Gift with a Gift of equal or greater value.

4.4 The Gift cannot be exchanged. For example, the Gift cannot be exchanged in the event that the purchaser already has similar tools.

5. How do I participate in the Promotion?
5.1. To participate in the Promotion, participants must place an order on the toolstation.com (UK) Website or in store (for drop ship delivery) during the timeframes set out in the promotional advertising (Promotion Period) for one or more of the Products referenced in section 4.7.

5.2. Participants who make purchases outside the Promotion Period will not receive the Gift with their purchase.

5.3. As long as the participants purchase one or more of the Products as detailed in section 4.7, they do not need to order any other product on the Website in order to receive the Gift.

7. Limitation of Liability

1. Claim Process

8. Following Participant’s submission of their Claim on or before the Claim Deadline, Promoter will email Participants to confirm the next steps of the claim process, including whether or not Participant has a Valid Claim and/or is eligible to receive the Redemption Product (“Confirmation Email”). Promoter will not process any Claim received after the Claim Deadline nor contact the Participant in respect of such Claims.

Toolstation Club: Terms and Conditions

These Toolstation Club Terms describe the Toolstation Club loyalty program operating in the United Kingdom.

Both New Members and Existing Members shall be “Members” for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions. New Members become Members when they have completed the registration process to join the Membership and been accepted as Members by us. Your Membership can only be registered in the name of an individual and an individual may only register one Membership.

By becoming a member of the Toolstation Club loyalty program operating in the UK, you are entering into a binding agreement with Toolstation Uk in respect of your use of, and participation in, the loyalty program. If you do not agree to all of the Toolstation Club terms, you must not use the loyalty program.

Rewards

Discount. On becoming a member you will receive a 5% discount on all transactions for a minimum of one calendar month from sign up date. Discount can take up to two working days from successful completion of the sign up process to apply.

The 5% discount will continue to be available for an additional calendar month for members who meet the spend criteria of £75 in the previous calendar month. For example, members who have spent £75 with Toolstation either in-store, online or through the Toolstation app (or a combination) in the month of March, will continue to receive their 5% discount for the month of April. The £75 spend criteria is the total spend requirement after your current 5% discount has been applied.

Members who do not meet the qualifying spend criteria will lose their 5% discount but will still be eligible for the additional benefits of joining the Toolstation Club and can still regain their discount for the following months by meeting the spend criteria the month before.

Updates to these Terms and Conditions

Toolstation may modify and update these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. If Toolstation makes changes to the Terms, we will notify you by any reasonable means such as by posting the new terms in the Toolstation app or at https://www.toolstation.com/promotions-terms-and-conditions. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting the revisions and you are solely responsible for remaining knowledgeable about and in compliance with these Terms at all times. If you do not agree to any changed terms, then you must immediately stop using the Toolstation Club loyalty program and request that Toolstation cancel your Toolstation Club membership account (see cancellation of my membership above).

Shop, Save, Score Stamp Card: Terms & Conditions

1. The Stamp Card promotion is only open to eligible Toolstation Club members. Members are bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements set out in the communication material relating to this promotion.

2. The Stamp Card promotion is not open to any employees or agents of any agencies or suppliers or their families or any other person officially connected with the promotion.

3. All members who participate in the Stamp Card promotion must be a resident in the UK and aged 18 or over.

4. To be eligible to obtain a stamp, the Toolstation club member must have hit the £50 (Inc VAT) minimum spend threshold, in one transaction per day either online, in store, via the Toolstation app or contact centre between 00.01am on 10th June and 23:59pm on 22nd July (“Promotional Period”).

5. Only one stamp can be earned per member per day when they hit the £50 (Inc VAT) minimum spend threshold.

6. A stamp will be issued in one transaction per £50 (Inc Vat) or more at Toolstation i.e. a £100 transaction will not account for 2 stamps.

7. Members must make sure the correct Toolstation account details are being used when placing an order. Stamps cannot be transferred across different Toolstation accounts.

8. Members must collect ten stamps in total on their Stamp Card to qualify to choose one of the gifts as outlined in point 12.

9. Only one stamp card can be completed per member. On this basis, only one choice of gift will be issued per member.

10. Members can view the status of their Stamp Card via the Toolstation App.

11. If a member hits the required eligibility, they will receive an email informing them that they’ve collected a stamp. Once a member receives ten stamps, they will be sent a How to Claim email within 10 working days which will allow them to choose their gift.

Gifts will consist of the following:

• Night Away for Two (online gift)

• £100 Toolstation Voucher (offline gift)

• Dash Cam (offline gift)

12. The gift will be subject to such terms and conditions as may be imposed by MLP or the venue. The gifts are subject to availability.

13. There are only 250 x £100 Toolstation Vouchers available so once claims reach this amount, this gift option will no longer be available to claim.

14. The offline gifts will be issued to the postal address provided when claiming their gift within 30 days.

15. The online gifts will be issued to the members email address within 21 days where they can access their gift via a reveal page. This reveal page will include instructions on how to redeem the gift and the exact expiry date linked to the gift, which refers to the date the gift needs to be used by (“Gift Expiry Date”).

16. Members will have 60 days from the date their gift email is sent to keep accessing the reveal page (“60-day Access Period”). The 60-day Access Period does not refer to the date you need to use your gift by, it is simply a period of time you will have, to keep accessing your gift details page on the Website.

17. Each gift is subject to its own Terms & Conditions (including specific use expiry dates) from the provider/retailer of each gift. Members are responsible for complying with such Terms & Conditions (including any specific use expiry dates). Gift specific Terms & Conditions can also be found on the website page where a member receives their gift. Alternatively, members should contact the provider/retailer of the relevant gift to find out any specific T&Cs which may apply to the gift. All e-code gifts will only be delivered by online redemption and not by any other means.

18. We reserve the right to decline any members claim which we believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent, or based on misconduct.

19. The gifts are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.

23. The promoter (Toolstation) and Operator does not accept responsibility for members eligible stamps that are lost, damaged, or delayed.
